Media Application

Introduction

Thank you for taking the time to apply as a media representative for WTM Africa 2025.

Your application will undergo a screening process conducted by our WTM Africa team. All information submitted on your application is subject to review. If your application is successful, you will be notified accordingly.

Media registrations from advertising personnel, PR Agencies and media sales representatives will not be accepted a media: Register as a Trade Visitor.

Please note: Media participation is restricted to Publishers, Editors, Journalists, Photographers, Broadcasters and Digital Influencers. Media applications may be required to produce accreditation, in the form of a:

• Recognised media card OR
• Business card OR
• NUJ/Chartered Institute of Journalists' card OR
• A letter from the editor in order to verify their application OR
• A website address clearly accrediting your work.

Should you not complete your application sufficiently on the first attempt, you will have 10 days to complete your details before your application is deleted automatically.

Successful applicants should also be able to give pre-event publicity from their various publications.
