If your application is successful, you’ll be notified directly. In the case of an incomplete application, you’ll have 10 days to provide the required information before the system automatically deletes your submission.

Visas & Travel Insurance

Visa Requirements:
If you require a visa to enter South Africa, please indicate this on the Hosted Buyer profile to ensure an invitation letter is issued in good time. All visa-related costs are the responsibility of the Hosted Buyer and are not covered as part of your Hosted Buyer package.

Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is compulsory and must cover the full duration of your trip—from departure to return. This applies to all Hosted Buyers, including those who do not require a visa.

Liability:
The organisers, sponsors, and stakeholders will not be responsible for any costs or emergencies, including medical evacuation. It is the Hosted Buyer’s responsibility to ensure adequate cover.
Cancellations and No-Shows

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, accompanied by a formal motivation letter, and sent to the Hosted Buyer Team on buyer@register.atwconnect.com in order to be considered and processed.

Any cancellation or amendment fees resulting from changes made by the Hosted Buyer, including modifications to the itinerary, will be at the Hosted Buyer’s own expense.
